The mind is the invisible “program” that runs the human body. Thoughts wander randomly through the mind; some are conscious while others come involuntarily. Many researchers have said that the mind works, even while we’re asleep. Indeed, you can say that the mind never stops working until we die. Since we know that the mind always ponders on something at every point in time, a conspicuous question that begs for an answer is: How do we create a thought form?

How to Create a Thought Form

Before we delve into the processes involved in creating a thought form, it is imperative we know what a thought form is. A thought form is an organized multidimensional brain wave consciously built on certain energy frequencies to perform particular functions.

A thought form is not a random thought freely wandering through our minds. Those free thoughts are unorganized, but a thought form is structured. Thought forms can generally be positive or negative.

When a thought form is motivated by anger, lust, deceit, hatred or vengeance, a self-destruct program is usually attached to it and this has dire consequences on the individual. This is known as a negative thought form. However, when a thought form is created on awareness, knowledge, insight, wisdom, and love, it becomes a strong spiritually uplifting mechanism. This is known as a positive thought form.

How then, do we create a thought form? Creating a thought form is not as hard as many people think. You can build a solid thought form by following these simple procedures:

1. Imagery

A thought-form cam is built on any image of your choice. Nonetheless, it is better if you use images that are very relatable as these will bring thoughts closer to reality. To do create imagery, all you need to do is imagine something familiar to you and also connected to what you wish to achieve. For example, if you are creating a thought form to cleanse your mind of lustful passions, you can imagine a monk immersing your body in a river and the list flowing from you into the river as dirty water. Any image can be used. Remember, always use what you’re familiar with.

2. Develop a Program

After building visual imagery as a background, a precise program packed with the instructions for the thought form should be created. Here, what you need to do is outline a series of instructions and instill them into the image already created. These instructions must align with your purpose for creating the thought form. For example, the monk, the river, and your body must know and comply with these instructions that form the program. The instructions should drive the imagination.

3. Seek Spiritual Guidance

You should seek spiritual help from whatever source you believe in through meditations and prayer. Ask for the insight and strength to build and hold the thought form. This will give you all the clarity of thought you need and connect you to a higher realm of thought frequencies. It will also awaken your mind to a higher purpose.

4. Input Positive Thoughts

It is important you input positive thoughts via the motivation behind the creation of the thought form. This will ensure that more positive frequencies are generated from the process. Thoughts like freedom, peace, and wisdom can be used as motivation.

5. Create Constraints

Create a border around your thoughts. This will help you stay focused and prevent your mind from straying away.

6. Give it Enabling Tools

Empower the thought form with tools with which you want it to work. The tool may be a verse of meditation, it may be an inspirational quote, or it may even be a personal resolution.

7. Make Mental Affirmations

Tell yourself that you are in control and you have the power to maneuver your way through any impending hurdles. Build some level of self-conviction.

8. Proceed to Complete Task

Once all seven parameters are in place, you can work with the fully formed thought pattern and be sure to achieve positive results as long as your intentions remain fair.
